Residencies are typically long-term FTE-like consulting resources we provide remotely to manage your datacenter so you don’t have to hire an FTE and pay all the fees and benefits for that employee.
Most Residencies are 6-months, 12-months, or more. We provide your company with highly skilled resources based on your requirements and they act and function like your dedicated FTEs.
Many customers utilize Residents with initial deployments of hardware and software to maximize the features and benefits with an expert who can then transfer that knowledge to their existing staff so when the residency concludes, they are experts themselves.
