This is a complete end-to-end solution including all hardware, software, installation services, and migration of up to 20 VMs. We can also ensure you are setup with onsite backups using Barracuda and AWS for disaster recovery based on your SLA requirements and based on what you select with AWS, several GBs are free with new users.
We handle everything you need to have your hybrid-cloud up and running. This offering includes everything to get up and running including:
- 3 Servers – Hardware of choice (Nutanix or equivalent subject to pricing for Dell, HP, Cisco, or Lenovo)
- Nutanix Cloud Platform Pro, NCI, NCM, and Cloud Manager SW with support – 1 Year
- Nutanix Hardware Support – 1 Year
- Barracuda CloudGen Firewall Appliance and SW – 1 year
- Cisco CBS350 Managed 24-port GE, PoE, 4x1G SFP Switch
- Barracuda Backup 3024 – 24 TB appliance, will swap out for free if exceeding 24 TB to larger appliance up to 4 years free refresh
- Barracuda 3024 Backup – 1 TB usage included – 1 year – pay per usage up to 24 TB before upgrading appliance
- Barracuda BBS-3024-TB-CLD cloud Backup (Azure – included) for bare metal file restore of Disaster recovery. Includes hardware, software, support, warranty, and cloud storage
- (Optional instead of Barracuda Cloud) AWS EC2 Backup Disaster Recovery Setup with first 5 GB Free on AWS for new users based on SLA’s established – pay for additional usage. SLAs setup once defined.
- 2-Day remote install of the above (customer must select for a Colo – cost not included) or can install at business location
- 40 Hours of Migration Services for existing VMs – Solution can handle a maximum of 20 VMs. Hours can be used for anything related to the solution for up to 12 months and then they expire including additional VM migrations.
- Additional 40 hour blocks of services can be purchased as needed separately
- Service hours can be used for DR restores and post restore ETS threat scans
- Initial L1/L2 support for install, can provide full IT MSP support packages with Nutanix experts for additional cost
OPTIONAL – not included in pricing:
- L1/L2 after installation can be purchased separately for full end-to-end IT MSP management
- Server cabinet; COLO costs, and on-site/cloud backup costs based on usage/needs exceeding the above
- Full IT support – KHT can provide full managed IT support with help desk tickets
- Free Threat Scan of email – can run a free ETS threat scan from Barracuda to detect possibly issues related to Ransomware
- Barracuda XDR – full managed security solution for your environment to protect against ransomware
